    I like the environment here, nice and clean. The tall girl with glasses was super nice and in patience. Highly recommended bubble tea place after school !!!!!!!!!!

    i have been regular customer for a long time but i have to say that i'm really unhappy with my orders. i always order mango mango with extra aloe. Recently i found out that they put less and less aloe for customer. Especially, today i order again but there is no aloe at all in my drink even i had to pay extra for that. Already got home so don't wanna drive all the way back there just to get my aloe. I WAS disappointed. 1 star. *Edit 1 : I change my review to 3 stars since they did try to resolve the problem by giving extra mango pearl today, although what I actually need was to be given extra aloe topping. *Edit 2: thanks to the Manager's professional service I decided to change my review again to 5 stars.

    Love this place. Could go to Gong Cha after school with my friends and if we want to, go to Coquitlam mall too. Overall very good bubble tea place, good drinks and even board games when you get your bubble tea, tho mostly we just have takeout. Love the brown sugar pearl fresh milk, will prob try different drinks next time and try the bubble waffles.

    Clean and brightly lit space with a good sized seating area available. It can get busy in the afternoon after school finishes with all the kids waiting to buy a drink. The royal milk tea we ordered with pearls was made within 2 minutes. There are simple games offered that you can play like Jenga and Monopoly while sipping on a beverage.

    Nice clean and open location, accessible by wheelchairs with lots of seating. It features a comfortable assortment of tables and a spacious lounge if coming with friends, with a couch and T.V. along with free Wi-Fi and bathroom. Very nice and welcoming atmosphere with warm lighting and nice decor to make it feel very homely. Drinks and food reasonably priced, spending 10-20 depending on how much you order, with a Loyalty Rewards program via phone app on Apple Store and Google Play. When I visited, I got a large of their signature Milk Green Tea Warm with pearls. Super delicious and would recommend. The warm green tea mixing with the cool foam was a great taste. Lots of topping options and cold/warm drinks, packaged in recyclable cups and free provided utensils like straws. Will definitely visit again! Always lots of seasonal offers to watch for, on their instagram @gongchacoquitlam and on their website(s) gong-cha.ca or gongchacanada.ca .     I am not exaggerating - this is the only place I want to get bbt from in the lower mainland. I live in Richmond and I happily drive to the coquitlam gong cha because out of all the places I've tried so far, this is the only one with non-dairy milk. Today I asked for non-dairy milk and the manager literally ran across the street to buy more for me because they were out. How often do you see that kind of customer service? The place is very clean, service was fast, and of course the food and drink is perfect. Thank you Gong Cha Coquitlam!

    An amazing bubble tea experience in Poco. They have excellent flavors. The milk foam is awesome. Value is very high. Bubble waffles are well prepared. Interior is great with a seated area that has wifi and clean washrooms. Good area for lines because it is busy. Staff are very pleasant. They have bike racks nearby and are on a transit route. Parking is accessible from the strip mall lot.
